The company started with one employee which is myself and employs over 100 employees with offices in 3 states.
In 2004, I started a commercial real estate company which acquires, develops and manages single and multi-tenant commercial buildings. We own and operate multiple building across Southern California. After that, In 2009 I began to acquire and renovate distress commercial properties for lease and resale. We continue to acquire and renovate these types of properties. In 2013 I further expanded into land development opportunities for single family homes and commercial use with acquisitions in Northern California. We acquire raw land and re-entitle it for commercial and residential use.
My hobbies are to travel around the world, participating in various sports such as basketball, tennis, and golf. He also loves to watch and attend sporting events such as the Lakers, Clippers, and Denver Broncos games.
